Carrie’s Robin’s Nest Bridal Session | Grimesland, NC

It seems like Carrie has always been a part of our family because she dated her husband Jordan for so long.  My kiddos don’t remember a time when there wasn’t a “cousin Carrie” and my daughter actually had questions about cousins marrying each other (which we quickly put to rest) because she’s always fit seamlessly in.  We were all sooooo excited when Jordan finally popped the question and I was even more thrilled when Carrie asked me to do her bridal portraits.  She is stunning everyday but oh my goodness did she take our breath away when she stepped into her gown in the most elegant vintage bedroom at The Robin’s Nest.  Eastern North Carolina has beautiful venues but this one is beyond gorgeous!  Her mom, mother-in-law and sister-in-law were there as well and we all could not stop commenting on how elegant the house and grounds were.  The weather was perfect and we spent a lovely afternoon at a charming southern style plantation home with a gorgeous girl in white.  I’m so thrilled to finally share these!  Congratulations Jordan and Carrie…we love you!!  Thank you Robin for being such a wonderfully welcoming hostess at your amazing home!
